This includes the service and repair of gaming machines and ancillary eqeuipment, plus on-site support by way of weekly site visits to review and discuss all aspects of gaming machine management, including training, auditing, cash handling and compliance matters. All equipment installed by Air Rescue Services Ltd is serviced by qualified technicians on a regular basis, and in the event of a breakdown or unscheduled repair, will be attended to within 24 hours. Gaming Machines and Suppliers Air Rescue Services Ltd provides the latest machines and games from a range of suppliers, to ensure that each venue has the right mix of equipment to maximise performance and returns to the community. In consultation with venue operators, Air Rescue Services Ltd will determine the appropriate combination of games and machines to maximise the performance of your venue. Air Rescue Services Ltd currently uses the following gaming machine suppliers: Aristocrat Gaming Machine Distributors (IGT) Advance Gaming (Konami) Stargames Game Upgrades and Conversions Air Rescue Services Ltd is committed to ensuring that its member venues are equipped with the best performing games available, and undertakes to implement regular upgrade plans accordingly. Air Rescue Services Ltd closely monitors the performance of all games, and undertakes to replace those which consistently under-perform. Other Equipment Depending on the individual requirements of the venue, Air Rescue Services Ltd will provide all other such equipment as is necessary for the operation of gaming machines. This includes stools, note counters, coin scales, security and surveillance equipment, computers and air conditioning systems. All equipment installed by Air Rescue Services Ltd must conform to the requirements of the Gambling Act 2003, and any subsequent gazette notices. Training Air Rescue Services Ltd is committed to providing quality on-site training for venue staff in all aspects of the gaming machine operation. Refresher courses are also conducted at intervals of not less than 6 months, to ensure that a fully trained staff member is present at the venue at all times.
